Truly Criminal Taste

Steve-O, formerly of the appropriately named TV show Jackass, besmirched the MTV Movie Awards with his tasteless presence.

It isn’t widely known that this look, of wearing pants so low that one’s boxers show, derives from the “fashion” in prisons, where belts are prohibited. May Steve-O soon join the trendsetters in the big house.

Perhaps Steve-O is already in the big house as I write this. His hands are behind his back–in handcuffs, maybe?

In any event, this picture shatters the notion of wearing skimpy clothes if you have the figure for it.

Fashion is such a tricky industry to predict, because what is here today is gone tomorrow. Regardless, it’s fun to guess what’s going to be “in” for the various season.
