Oddly, my boyfriend and I were discussing the attire of Putin and Dubya when this picture was first released. He mentioned that he thought Bush should be wearing a tie, but I pointed out that neither of them were, and I found it odd that Bush kept is coat buttoned when it seemed more clearly a business casual affair. Haha.
