		<description>I&#039;d have to say that while I find the shirt and tie annoying at best (too busy!), I am focusing more on how freakish he looks. He DOES look like a vampire and he also look like his head is disproportionately big for his body.</description>

Radcliffe is wearing Liberty of London prints, and wearing matching shirt and tie like this is something that more dandyish Londoners have been doing with Liberty prints since the 60s. (And Burberry Prosum stole the look  for their the runway show in, I think, 2005.) It&#039;s quirky, but also understated in its way.
