Who’s Tommy?

By Izzy

Tommy Hilfiger in pinstripes

Despite being a designer and having all the money in the world, Tommy Hilfiger’s jacket is clearly too tight in the middle (note how the fabric pinches and the tie peeks through below the button). Maybe he’s spent too much time lifting weights at the gym. Indeed, his whole appearance gives the impression that he’s trying too hard: the gangster-bold pinstripes, the flashy tie in a color that’s “off,” the helmet hair, the steroidal neck, chest, and face. Hilfiger simply does not look comfortable in his own skin.

  1. Fashion Boy Says:

    He looks dreadful!

Pin stripes are never good in my opinion, but he is something else… and not in a good way. Just plain and simple harsh on the eye. Someone needs to dress the man.

  2. Phyllis Says:

I think he really needs a new hairstyle too. Jackson Browne has similiar hair and he gave up that look a long time ago.

  3. Phyllis Says:

Actually – I’m dead wrong! They BOTH need new hairstyles.

  4. Smokey Says:

Maybe he should listen to some of his stylists before HE goes out on the runway. The jacket is too small, the tie is the wrong shade for his skin tone, and he needs a new ‘do.

  5. Joe Says:

He was going for a Javier Bardem but missed. Looks more authentic with darker hair also.

Anton Chugar would have been scarier if he’d worn that suit.
