Puff Piece

While the Moncler parka continues to have its defenders, Izzy remains adamant that at best it makes you look like a gorilla puffing his chest out, at worst the Michelin Man. Bulk is never elegant.

The 70′s called, and they want their ugly jackets back.

When every other outerwear line is touting “thinner, lighter, warmer”, this monstrosity comes along. I don’t care how fashionable it might be, it’s overpriced and ugly. Maybe it’s the utilitarian in me, but I’ll stick with my industrial-strength parka, TYVM.
