The Beard that Would Be King

By Izzy

prince-william-with-beard

Now sporting a full beard, darker than his blond locks, Britian’s Prince William is looking excedeedingly kingly—and it also happens to emphasize his eyes (royal blue?). But will he continue the bold style when he takes the crown? As far as Izzy can tell, the last leonine King of Britain was George V, who ruled from 1910 to 1936.

I vote for keeping the beard.

He needs to go for the Henry VIII sort of look. And reign. Man that would make England fun to watch.

  3. Smokey Says:

He actually looks better with the beard, even though he’s a little thin on top. Now if he can only keep “The Spare” from embarrassing him and the rest of the monarchy.

  4. Fashion Style of Leadership Says:

He actually has a little more hair on top than what he used to. Hair transplant? Inevitably, Cobra Commander here is going to end up like his sidekick chrome domed father, Destro. And being blond myself, it’s normal to have dark hair for the beard.

  5. Fashion Says:

    Kingly?

    Belgian.

  6. karlfest Says:

William is not a genetically gifted as his gorgeous mother, so a beard should suit him perfectly. I vote he develops a big beary beard, and settle down for the kingly years ahead of him. I can see him on a 20c coin already.
